Did you miss us? From the people that brought you crazy adventures from France and England in 2008 (www.justinchelsyeurope.blogspot.com), we're back with more promises of an even bigger and wilder adventure. The 2010 version of our travel blog will include Christmas and winter festivities in cities such as Bruges, Belgium, Nuremberg and Munich, Germany, and Vienna, Austria among others.
I'm sure you all have questions about our trip before we go, so I will try to address some of them in a FAQ right now:
- Will it be cold? Yes, it will be cold.
- Will it be very cold? Yes, it will be freezing cold.
- Will Justin and Chelsy suffer from frostbite? Very possibly.
- Will Justin's cheeks turn red from the cold? That would be a safe bet.
- Will Chelsy complain about how cold it is? No, this would never happen. Ever.
- Will we regret scheduling a Europe vacation for December? Quite possibly the moment we step off the plane.
Now that we got those cold weather questions out of the way, feel free to ask any questions in the comments sections and we'll do our best to answer them.
Blog notes: Chelsy can also log in and be an author for the blog, so you may see some messages from her. We are not taking a laptop with us to Europe, so blogging will be done via iPhone and a slow connection. Typing long posts on an iPhone is painful, so they may be mostly pictures. If the blog suddenly cuts off at some point, it's possible the technology to upload blog posts just couldn't work (took too long or no internet availability), so bear with us. We'll do our best.
I leave you with some pictures of the places we'll be going:
Typical Christmas Market in Germany (with snow!)

Another German Christmas Market (with rain)

Typical contents of a Christmas Market Stall

Let us know if you have any requests, we'll be looking for your comments!
Auf wiedersehen!
